Covid-19 Measures

Pleasance Physiotherapy remains opens for both
in-person and virtual care.

Physiotherapists are regulated health professionals and are governed under the Ministry of Health and our regulatory college. On June 11, 2022 masking requirements were lifted for healthcare settings in Ontario.

I will continue the following measures to keep you safe:

• Mask wearing for the entirety of your visit.

• Frequent cleaning of surfaces using Health Canada approved cleaner for Covid-19

• 1:1 appointments (as always), without the use of assistants

• Offering virtual appointments, should you not feel comfortable with in-person care

• Offering contactless payment options (debit, credit, e-transfer) and direct billing to insurance.

• Receipts are emailed immediately after payment. Paper copies are available on request.

What I ask of you…

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your visit.

• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid multiple people in the waiting area at the same time. Feel free to sit in the open gym space if you feel more comfortable there.

• When you arrive, please sanitize your hands.

• Masks are not mandatory in the clinic at this time. It is your choice to wear a mask or not in clinic. Please do what makes you feel most comfortable. I welcome both choices.
